If you are curious to learn whether a great network really is essential, whether it pays of to take Danish classes, how you can move from academia to the labour market - and also get some general insights into the labour market for PhDs, this is the event to join.

The focus of this afternoon event is to hear international PhDs from AU share their experiences of moving from academia and into the Danish labour market. How did they get their job(s), how is working in Denmark different - and is it different; and what is their advice to other internationals hoping to make the same transition from academia to the public/private sector in Denmark.

Cancellation Courtesy Policy

We kindly request that you promptly cancel your participation as soon as you know that you cannot attend. Late cancellations and not cancelling at all, greatly impact our work in three significant ways:

  • Candidates on the waiting list are not able to attend
  • The quality of the course or workshop cannot be guaranteed when groups are too small
  • Prepared and paid resources are wasted when registered participants do not show up

Thank you!
