On this site you will find relevant job sites for both PhD students and Junior Researchers. The Danish and international job sites are primarily aimed at jobs in industry. Academic job sites are aimed at jobs in academia. 

Danish job sites


Jobindex functions as a job-search engine, searching for job postings in more than 500 job sites in Denmark.  It contains Denmark's largest CV-database with more than 130.000 CV's. You can sign up for Jobindex' job agent, where you receive a daily e-mail with relevant job postings tailored to your specific requirements.


Jobnet is the public jobcentres' website for all jobseekers and employers in Denmark. Jobnet enables you to search for a job among many thousands of vacant jobs and contains a CV-database.

AU's Job site

AU's job site contains all relevant positions at Aarhus University, both academic and administrative. 


Job-i-staten.dk offers you the official overview of available positions in the public sector in Denmark.


Workindenmark provides international jobseekers and Danish employers with the information, guidance and tools to find each other. In the CV-bank you can upload your own CV and it will be available to potential future employers. 


Academondo is a new jobsite for researchers interested in a scientific career in both academia and industry. The site aims for matching personal qualifications with employers' requirements. To use the site you must create a user and upload your CV.

International job sites


EURES is a cooperation network designed to facilitate the free movement of workers within the EU 28 countries plus Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. EURES helps jobseekers to find jobs and employers to recruit from all over Europe.


Companies are increasingly using LinkedIn for recruitment and job postings. In the 'jobs' section you can enter details about your career wishes and sign up for daily e-mail notifications with relevant jobs. 


Jobs.ac.uk is an international job board for careers in academic, research, science and related professions. The job site is recruiting to 700+ organisations worldwide including leading global universities, research organisations, FE colleges and charities.
